Conference Office

The conference office will be located in the foyer of the Audimax.

The opening hours are the following:

Monday 28.03.2011 10.00 - 18.00 h
Tuesday 29.03.2011 08.00 - 16.00 h
Wednesday 30.03.2011 08.00 - 16.00 h
Thursday 31.03.2011 08.00 - 15.00 h
(Registration until 12.00 h only!)


You will receive the conference ticket (receipt for conference fee), the program and your name tag at the conference desk. The name tag must be worn visibly during the entire conference.
The organizers, staff of the conference desk and the student assistants will be identifiable by colored name tags. Please contact them if you have any questions.

For security reasons we would like to dispense in the long term with the possibility of paying in cash at the event. We request visitors to pay in advance by cash transfer or pay in the conference office by debit card (Maestro). However, no credit cards will be accepted!

Express-Check-In

Conference participants who have registered in advance and paid the conference fee will receive their confirmation of participation 2 weeks before the conference. This confirmation contains a barcode. You must bring this confirmation letter with you to the conference and have it ready for registration. You can print out your conference pass yourself in the conference office on the basis of the barcode.

This new process will speed up the registration procedure in the conference office. This requires you to have transferred the conference fee to the specified account on time.

participants, who would like to participate in a visit to the laboratories of the physics institute, will be able to register in the conference office.
